About

January, 2021:  News Flash!  We're still going!!!  The wellness challenge we started back in 2016 is now starting its sixth year.  That's a LOT of kettlebell swings, pushups, burpees, kilometers walked, and a whole variety of other wellness activities.  Our mission hasn't changed:  we're challenging people to use the month of February to improve their wellness, and we're also raising awareness of Parkinson's disease and encouraging people to donate to support Parkinson's research.  Click here to read more about the research foundation we support.  This year, we are also taking the show to Facebook.  Just search "10,000 Kettlebells For Parkinson's" and you'll find our Facebook page.

Our Mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease a number of years ago.  We are starting a fitness challenge to support research into Parkinson's Disease.
