DAY TWELVE: SHORT

It's been a long nearly-two weeks. Kettlebells have been swung, walks have been walked, circuits have been completed, and things seem to be moving along.

Was feeling a bit frustrated today when I was away for a few days and am now 'behind' on my count. But am getting back on track.
Today I set a goal to achieve a PB (Most reps in one set at weight x) and crushed my anticipated number, so I guess I would sum up to say have a bunch of small goals to help deal with adversity, otherwise the daunting weight of the task can be enough to break you.
